End of tenancy and 'void' properties often need to be cleared and cleaned thoroughly before they are turned over to any prospective new tenants. They can often be left in a state of neglect, full of unwanted items, litter and dirty furnishings.

We provide a service to cleanse and sanitise ‘dirty houses’, void properties and end of tenancy properties, to remove general refuse, human and animal excrement, furniture, fixtures and fittings returning the property to a liveable condition or allowing workmen to carry out essential repairs to the property. Alongside this service we will also fumigate properties where necessary.

Another occasional problem especially with 'void' properties is the presents of syringes and needles (also referred to as sharps). These pose a serious and sometimes life threatening threat to the health and safety of workmen and future tenants alike. As part of a house clearance, we can also undertake a search of the property for sharps, removing them from site and disposing of them as required by UK legislation.
